Missing Qtvcp

Missing Qtvcp was created by RetroFitter
Hello All,

I'm new to Linuxcnc, my question is it seems the install of 2.8.4 from iso is missing Qtvcp. I have tried the suggestions from different threads but to no avail any help would be appreciated.
