Hello, what parameters LinuxCNC EtherCAT Master have?

Max interpolated axes count?
Max total axes count?
How many processes are supported?
What is min tick time? us?

Your questions are not really relavent. Once an ethercat device is installed, its just an extension of linuxcnc so the specifications are set by linuxcnc so I'd suggest you take the time to read the linuxcnc documents linuxcnc.org/docs/2.9/html/
