I have found the reason, thanks for reporting this bug.

I have pushed a fix some minutes ago, so gmoccapy 3.1.1 solves this bug.

I found a simple workaround for the 2.8 version.

Just add

Code:

setp gmoccapy.jog.jog-velocity.direct-value 2

to the hal file (even if gmoccapy.jog.jog-velocity.analog-enable is 0).

The value 2 leads to a default velocity of 1/10 MAX_LINEAR_VELOCITY
