Since I can't edit my post: One thing I forgot to mention, to prevent the creation of debug-versions of the kernel, which takes a lot longer and uses a lot more space:
- Before running "make" to compile the kernel, run "scripts/configure --disable DEBUG_INFO".

Should be the same as linuxcnc. Just add this module to the "rtlib" folder in your current install version number and edit the config file in the "configs" folder

@dinkata: can you confirm this method working normal?

example rtlib toggle2nist is added

loadrt toggle2nist names=tgn1,tgn2 addf tgn1 servo-thread addf tgn2 servo-thread
the code above not work

but it work if using

loadrt toggle2nist count=2 addf toggle2nist.0 servo-thread addf toggle2nist.1 servo-thread

All missing rtlibs from pathpilot have issues with "names" parameter

Can you try with flipflop? I can confirm all rtlibs can load with "count=n" parameter but if using "names", addf function will not work after.
