Anything apart from XYZ will revert to a single line lookahead. This can, and most likely will, create very jerky movement.
It would be great if this would be improve, as I would say its far from optimal.

@RDA,
Here you see a xyz + a move. Using a blend radius in the corner.

I propose 4 variants of one trajectory for testing, which will show the problem of smoothing more than 3 axes
- g2 circle
- polyline circle
- g2 circle + AB axis
- poliline circle + AB axis
In the current version of TP you can clearly see the difference between the speed on the polyline, (which is as fast as the G2 circle), and how much slower the speed will be when the AB axes are connected. Ideally they should all run at the same speed.

Grotius,
Can you please share the PathPilot source code? On GitHub or anywhere else?
I've already sent 2 cheques to Tormach to receive the sources. They gave me 2 different addresses so far, both were invalid and the mail bounced.

@Johnbl,
It's up to Tormach themself to make it available in the first place.
I won't publish it because of ethical considerations.
From the tormach source gpl2 licence :
For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
gratis or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that
you have. You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the
source code. And you must show them these terms so they know their
rights.
Enforcement Options
If the company continues to refuse or obstruct access:
Public Pressure:
Open-source communities are often vocal about license violations. Publicizing the issue (e.g., in forums, social media, or mailing lists) can sometimes encourage compliance.
Legal Action:
Open-source licenses are legally enforceable, and violations can lead to legal consequences, such as:
Termination of License: Many licenses state that violating their terms automatically terminates the violator's rights to use or distribute the software.
Lawsuits: In some cases, individuals or organizations (like the FSF) have successfully sued companies for open-source license violations.

I don't really get your point of view.
The ethical thing would be to share the GPL code.
I don't have the time nor money to sue Tormach to get it. IMO what they are doing is simply malicious (non) compliance.
