Looking in my thread about setting them up and one guy seems to have worked it out using classic ladder. I will admit that is a pretty clever way around the problem. At the time I did not know enough about LinuxCNC to understand how that would work.

I don't think I'd know enough either!

I have attached a updated wiring diagram to this post for anyone that might find it useful.
What happened to the 220k resistor on the arcok? thx

90-100 ohm, 10 W.
ArcOK is seperate to hypersensing and it seems not all machines need it. But maybe one day they will decide they do...

So, Fabricator's final schematic is missing the ArcOk resistor?

In this thread, post #134766, he had a 220 ohm in the schematic. By post #148670 there was no resistor. That was the one I was asking about... just to make sure we are talking about the same thing.

I read what PCW had to say... it's a little bit above my pay grade. Is he (I assume it's a he) saying that the 1uf cap would prevent the problem that the OP (and others) were trying to correct with resistors? ... I believe it was the buildup of some sort space dust in the flux capacitor they were trying to blow off.

Did someone mention a dusty spaceship?
Yes, if a relay is switching a low current, space dust or oxide can build up on the relay contacts which can result in intermittent/failed operation. The relay manufacturer's specify a minimum current that is sufficient to "burn" off the oxide so it does not form.
