No, the part shows as it should be. Also I swapped drivers, and can't home...I get following errors. Swapped them back around and now I can't do anything. More following errors when trying to home. Sometimes one axis will make it through, then another will have the error. I'm about sick of this.

Did you just unplug the step/dir and motor connectors from the
drives and swap drives?

What the h.......
Did you try to do a round shape, not from the wizard, use inkscape, draw a circle, path>object to path, extensions>gcodetools>path to gcode, open in LinuxCNC.

I powered down everything and swapped the plugs (both plugs per each driver). Even after I put them back - they're labeled - it was giving errors.

No, I don't have Inkscape. I'm getting a regular PC and starting over with that. I only need the G.D. thing to cut my plates for rack and pinion and then it can go all the way to hell.

I can't. It won't even home now.
Edit: just gives following errors. And not on the same axis each time. Maybe my laptop got a virus.

I suspect your laptop does not have the good real time performance the LinuxCNC requires.
You may be able to work around this by
1. Setting the servo thread time to 2 mS (2000000)
2. Widening the following error limits to say 0.005, .02

I'm already with ya on that, in a way. Picking up a proper PC for the task tomorrow. The servo thread time is already at 2000000.
