How about Powermax65SheetcamToolSet.tools.txt x 25.4
Sorry, I couldn't resist... :laugh:

Newer versions of sheetcam added a non-unique key to the toolset files. Notice the "Name_Edited=1" entry. This causes materialverter.py to use the "1" as the name of the sheet. I'm not sure how to fix this as it looks like the lines are read one after another. My quick solution was to search and remove that line from the file in it's entirety, but that's not ideal either. A proper fix would be to ignore the line completely. Maybe by using Name= instead of just Name.
Code:
AutoName=0
[Tool0]
Type=PlasmaTool
Name=40 Amp FineCut 26GA Mild Steel
Name_Edited=1
Comment=
Tool\ number=1
Kerf\ width=0.635
Plunge\ rate=3810
Pierce\ delay=0
Pause\ at\ end\ of\ cut=0
Wiggle\ length=9.999979999999999
Pierce\ height=3.81
Cut\ height=1.524
Pierce\ type=0
Feed\ rate=8255

Lead\ out\ type=0
CodeSnip=-1
Hole\ Size=0
Use\ leadin\ settings=0
