When you move the torch to where you want in X and Y, hit Touch off, and change it to 0 for each axis. I'm not sure if you're using Axis or Gmoccapy. But that's the process for Axis. Should be similar for Gmoccapy.

You should be able to program one of the gmoccapy macro buttons touch off x & y with one mouse press. I have a macro that moves to a laser pointer cross hair and touches off. Saves a lot of time...

Thanks Tom, it install and opens but it crashes on every dxf file I tried. I went back as far as release 12 DXF but still no go. I do remember using it years ago.

Hi,

look at here:

let me know if it works!

Is there a way to tell sheetcam to reduce speed for holes or does plasmac automatically do that?

Or do I have to put small holes on a different layer in plasmac and set up a custom tool?

You can do it in Sheetcam or PlasmaC can do it via the filter program:

Oh great! Do lead-ins or lead-outs from sheetcam, or cam, interfere with plasmac autodetecting holes.

They shouldn't.

Does the " Manual Single Cut " use THC?

Also, the manual for my machine specifies Edge Start rather than piercing after a certain thickness. To accomplish this I assume I'm going to have to Disable ArcOk, right?
Code:
M63 P1 or M65 P1 (disable Ignore Arc OK)

Finally, if I disable ArcOk per above, will it ever automatically be reenabled? Like when I load a new gcode, reset the machine, or maybe after each cut?
