QtPlasmaC Jogging Lag

I have pushed another update that reduces cpu usage quite a bit.

All three of my machines (MX-19) are now idling at < 4%.

I also have a MX-21 VM that idles the same as my MX-19 VM.

MX Linux 19.3:

Virtual machine ~3%
Computer on table ~1%

Nice work!

MX Linux 19.4:

Idling at 1.5-2%
Jogging at 18%
