Did you look at GPIO3 with halmeter
or halshow --> watch to see if its:

1. Working
2. Has the needed polarity

Input pins in the hal file for Mesa 7i92 should normally have "_not" added:
Code:
# --- BOTH-HOME-X --- net both-home-x <= [HMOT](CARD0).gpio.016.in
should be:
Code:
# --- BOTH-HOME-X --- net both-home-x <= [HMOT](CARD0).gpio.016.in_not

Yes the pin is working correctly .
I tested each switch with BOB pin 15 and it was working but if I add all together it doesn't work.

All 3 switches to one single input?
You should explain that on the original post.
How are the switches wired and are thy normally closed or normally opened?

My Z axis uses micro limit switch and my X and Y uses NPN proximity sensor. A join all the 3 to one pin.

you need HOME_IS_SHARED=1 in your ini file for all shared homing joints
Ref:  linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/config/ini-...html#_home_is_shared
