Your QtPlasmaC is a very old version, can you update to the latest version and see if that has any effect.

If you have a buildbot package then you will need to wait until this build has finished as there was an issue with the update code.
buildbot.linuxcnc.org/buildbot/builders/....checkin/builds/9082

Your config works fine on a sim here using the latest version.

I made a sim from your new config and it works fine.
I don't undestand why it is doing the o-word call o<metric_startup>, that call was removed some time ago and is not in your new config.
Can you try to search for the call using the following, it will take quite a while.
Code:
grep -nrs 'o<metric_startup>' /
