Linear units are set to mm but ProbeBasic shows coordinates in in

Hello,
I installed LinuxCNC 2.9 on Debian Bookworm following the method from this forum.
I copied probe_basic sim folder and updated it with ini/hal from StepConf.
Basic movement, homing and spindle controls are working as it should but I'm having two issues.
1. I want to use metric units and put it on .ini but coordinates are still shown in inch form. Anything need to do for this?
2. When I tried to probe, it shows ERRORs that probe move on line 37 exceed joint 2's negative limits.
Any hint where to look?

While writing this question, I got a hunch that all the parameters for probe I have entered were in mm and I guess ProbeBasic is using inch.
So I updated all parameters in Inch and now probe routine works.
Now only question is how to use metric unit in ProbeBasic?

Check the start up line in the ini, it's probably setting G20, change it to G21.
Probing units are just numbers they will follow whatever mode you are in, so if your system is set to metric, then you will get mm movement, if your in inches you will get inches movement.

Searched forum with metric and found the answer.
There was G20 in INI and updated it to G21 solved the problem.
