2nd .ui file hal pins not showing

I pushed a hopeful fix for this.
The latest intention was for users to put their custom code in the config folder as such:

config_folder/qtvcp/screens/name_of_screen/name_of_screen.ui

then load with:
DISPLAY = qtvcp name_of_screen

but after update, you should be able to use:

DISPLAY = qtvcp some_place_relative_to_config_folder/name_of_screen.ui

Thanks, that'll make things a bit easier. I'm sure you can imagine working on the iu on a workstation in a git repo with a shared folder to a VM that mounts it with it's own path. I have the apt version installed in the VM, looks like it only affects qt_stat.py, I should be able to just swap that file out right?
