qtdragon_hd MDI buttons

for me the problem was section in init[MDI_COMMAND_LIST] not [HALUI] . Not sure how I was checking this with doc. nevertheless thank you very much. Now buttons are visible. I have one more question about qt_dragon but I will raise new topic not to intersect different topic into this one.
