VFD Toshiba VF NC3 not working

       

Hi, this is my first LINUX CNC installation and I chose to use this interface. Thank to the guided interface I could easily connect the engine but I cannot connect the spidle VFD. I connected to the relay 1 the on-off button and the analogical speed controller 0..10 V. My electronic board is this one  . The inverted can get on but the spidle does not start working. I attach my configuration INI and HAL. Thank you for your time

Can use use halmeter to check these signals while the spindle is on and off?:
spindle-cmd-rpm
spindle-pwm

operating the spindle on halmeter

spindle-cmd-rpm: off O on 6000
spindle-pwm: off FASE on TRUE

spindle-voltage: on 0 off 0

but the spindle doesn't start
