Thanks for the replies guys, especially on a Sunday. I will try the driver update or see if there are difference and maybe get the MK guys to push if needed. Thanks again will let you know.

Just a quick update. As I was moving around USB ports its seems that there is only 1 of the ports out of the 4 which allowed the best real-time results for my USB-RS485. The other 3 ports just couldn't hack it which was just causing the general error. Thanks again for the quick replies guys.
