Driving analog galvo scanner

It works.
Attached are my setup, and oscilloscope screens.
The laser scaned 11 lines.
I can't post schemetics or verilog code here, sorry.
But it's all straight forward till now.

Reading the data sheet I feel AD5422 shall be able to work at 100 ksps, but I can only make it work at up to 60 ksps.
With higher feed rate it ceases to respond to the data stream. Any comment would be appreciated...

The DAC generates negative spikes during transitions. I'm considering adding active filters to the circuit.
But then the output accuracy may be affected by the filters.
If feedback of DAC is obtained after filters, it might oscillate. And some extra effort will be needed.
