Does this look correct? Other than the connection for drive alarm not connected correctly I don't think. Should be coming off of field power instead of directly from power supply. This drawing came from DMM-Tech.

DYN4 looks OK, DYN2 has some missing connections.

I have the DYN4 set for gear 1000 which equates to 4000 per rev. I have a 10:1 gear reduction. So the shaft has to rotate 10 times for one rotation output shaft. That equates to 40,000 for the step scale? That would never work. It is on rack and pinion with a 2" pinion. so divide by 2 20,000?

DO I have this right?

]I'll change the DYN4 Gear settings to 500 and that should give me 10,000. I will go from there and try it.

2' pinion would move roughly 15cm for one rotation so that 40000 would have to divided by 150 for metric machines to get the right scale.

A 2 inch diameter pinion would travel closer to 16cm (159.59mm per rev 2*π*25.4).

But your inch stepscale should be 40000/(2*π)=6366.1977236 steps/inch.
