2 Parallel Ports - 1 Intenal, 1 PCI Parallel Port Card not configuring

One more thing to add which I have noted while this ordeal is that if you plug in the card and then install the windows drivers (Windows 10 Pro) in my case and you get 2 devices installed one in multi I/O tab and the second as a parallel port ...... Don't use that card just change it.
If you get a PCI Simple Communication Controller in your uninstalled list of unknown device before you install the driver ..... Now that is the card you should use ...... Please correct me if I am wrong.

Dunno mate haven’t used windows really in years. The few times I’ve had to it feels like wading through molasses, not something I recommend.
