Y axis has two joints and they move in opposite directions

Is there a missing word in this sentence? 

If you are saying that jogging one way works, and jogging the other doesn't, then that would seem to suggest that one motor moves in the same direction regardless of the DIR pin, and you probably need to check that. (You can check DIR with a multimeter)
