Fehlemann Picomax 100 Retrofit

I would like to ask you, if you have any original remaining parts. I Have Picomax100 too, but still with TNC155. I´m looking for handbox and boards, because the board for A-axis is missing. Eventual I would like to buy other remaining parts.

Hi,

I still got some of the old parts.
Like transformer, servo drive, two servos.
Spindle motor, spindle drive and handbox.
The tnc155 and two servos are already sold.
But I can’t tell if they worked properly, cause I never really tried to run them. The lower panel I might also got one left.

Long time no news here...
to make it short, I installed a Mesa 7I85S and with a lot of help from here I got my servos running with digital instead of analog control.



and now its time to annoy the probe_basic guys cause I am trying migrate to linux 2.9.3 to use steppers with index for homing

Yes! I am really happy that I've solved als the Hardware issues.
on the wiring todo list only open points are home and brake of the 4th axis.
And the Tool length sensor.

Nice to haves
Load feedback from drives and Spindle
Linear Scales for the Colum (Extension for Z Travel axis to compensate Tool length) To keep the Quill travel as short as possible and make the tool length sensor fully usable.

So....
the machine is runnung linuxcnc 2.9.3 now. I use cutom tabs with probe basic.
and will tackle lubrication and toolchange next.

for lube any suggestion which component works best?
For my lathe I have one, but it kind of lubes to much. cause it runs every start and also the timer runs when idle. its only for the ways, so i didn't bother when there was to much oil.
On the Picomax I would prefer if the timer would keep its value even on restart and I need two instances one for the Spindle and one for the ways.
Is there a suitable component already done?

was unnecessary the timer is integrated in the bube pump by a mechanical reduction of the motor.
