Each ball screw has 3 bearings 30TAC62 , the screw is secured with an additional body (grinding cylinder with dimensions of 40-60mm ).

New servo motors for spindle and axis

The drive is with Etercat and mesa cards for spindle and I/o port.

I decided to make a foundation as shown in the machine documentation.Because my foundation was too bad…
20 cm of gravel and 60 cm of concrete.

Looks great! I am looking to do the same soon.
May I ask where you are sourcing all your replacement parts from?

Thanks.

This might sound stupid. Ive just done a similar job as you although I didn't bother with any mechanical parts as my jr has been used in a school and is still like new, only problem I have is I have one pice of metal I can't find out where goes.
Do you have any idea where this goes.
Thanks in advance for any help!
