The blue written below 15-20 in the second picture says 1 2 3 4. If they're outputs, I would assume they go on the TB5 terminal on the Mesa, but I'm not sure of the order? Looking at the Mesa guide shows a common for every 2 inputs.

You did not clean the chips so i can not the the one close to the port.
It does seem like outputs for the relays, but no way of being certain without checking the wiring with a DVM, they might as well be inputs.
If the pins are wired to those ULN chips outputs, they should be outputs for relays.

I have some electronic diagrams for that one; they might be useful to you.

Try talking to Jerry at JB cnc repair in New York. He knows the controls very well. Since most anilam controls were a retrofit he may have an idea where to find you more info.

I appreciate the replies. I ended up ripping both boards out and replacing with new. Now I'm dealing with a whole other can of worms, but I appreciate the responses regardless.
