Where should I find the config.ini file?

Hi Folks, I am running Linuxcnc on Debianedu and am trying to setup an Xbox360 controller using this tutorial: www.sdoherty.com/2020/07/using-xbox-cont...r-with-linuxcnc.html

I get everything up until I have to add some code to the 'config.ini' file. I can't seem to find this in my config, an I supposed to create a new file?

If your machine's config is called "my_machine" the config file should be:
~/linuxcnc/configs/my_machine/my_machine.ini
