No Base/Base2 button assignment options in HAL for Logitech F310 Gamepad

I am trying to setup the Logitech F310 gamepad but when I open the HAL Meter when in PNCConf there is no options for the top left/right (RT/LT) buttons. It appears that things changed in LCNC 2.9. In prior versions I would have picked "input.0.btn-base" and "input.0.btn-base2" to assign these buttons. It appears the other two top buttons (LB/RB) were changed to "input.0.btn-tl" and "input.0.btn-tr" in LCNC 2.9.
Can someone help identify the missing buttons?

Is anyone using a Logitech F310 gamepad with LinuxCNC 2.9?
If so, can you look and see if you have the index finger trigger buttons (on top) assigned and let me know what you have them assigned as?

Did you ever figure this out?
For the top buttons on my F310, I use the following:
input.0.btn-tr
input.0.btn-tr
input.0.abs-z-is-pos
input.0.abs-rz-is-pos
not sure why these trigger buttons (LT &RT) are named as analog signals, but HAL Meter indicates TRUE /FALSE.
