6i25 error was created by jlviloria
Hello,
This morning I went to turn on my machine equipped with 6i25 and 7i77. and I get a linuxcnc error message.
I go to the pc cabinet. and I notice that the DONE and INIT LED are lit red.
I have another machine, I remove the card and put it on the pc that shows the error. and it does not present any error.
Simple question, indicates that the card is damaged? or can I do something to get it back?
thanks,
Jorge Viloria.

Usually if a 5I25 or 6I25 will not start configuration (both LEDS stay red at power up)
it means that the PCs 3.3V ATX power supply voltage is too low to let the card come
out of reset

thanks for your answer.
But I tried two other 6i25s and they work perfect on that same machine.
is there any way to verify?

Measure the 3.3V on the PC, if its less than about 3.15V the 6I25 will not start
