Hello all,
I am re-retrofitting a Boss8. I retrofitted it 15yrs ago(or so) with Flashcut
I know,I know, but I knew nothing about Linuxcnc at the time.
Anyway, I am tired of not really using it because of the poor control so I am
putting LCNC on it.
The drives were from Flashcut as a kit. Ive opened them up and discovered
it has these in there:
logosolinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/0...h-Step-Direction.pdf
on page 13 it has the step and dir interface
What are my timing numbers to use?
I am using a 7i76e to interface by the way

Look like those drives have a very fast interface
so you could use say 1000 ns for all timings
unless you need faster than 500 KHz step rates
