Driving my SyilX3 and Plasma cutter machine with 5i25t which provided driver?

So I attached a schematic with the pinouts in my previous post. I'm interested in learning what the process is for creating the firmware for a situation like mine where I do not have a daughter card. Do I load on of the provided files and modify the pinfile?

The basic process is to take a close pinout source file (PIN_XXXXX.vhd)
copy it to a new file and edit that new file to get the desired pinout
and modules needed. Then this new file is added to the project
and included in the top level file, and finally compiled into the new
firmware binary file.

Do you know which pins on your schematic are step and dir?
(the LinuxCNC parallel port  hal file would help here)

I ask because it's quite likely an existing firmware file will either
work without changes, or at least its pinout source file would be a
good starting point to making a custom configuration

Here's a basic try at this using the stepgen mapping:

0 = X
1 = Y
2 = Z
3 = A

 

The zip file includes the firmware and the modified pinout  source file
