Do you have a link? I have no idea what that is (it isn't a 7i92) but I do see a little "LinuxCNC" logo so possibly it is a clone.
Except to be a clone there would need to be an FPGA chip in that big pad array in the middle.

The "real" 7i92 is here:
store.mesanet.com/index.php?route=produc...t_id=378&search=7i92
or here:
eusurplus.com/index.php?route=product/pr...t_id=168&search=7i92

Is it this one?

I would probably pay the extra for Mesa support and warranty.

It is cheaper to get the real ones from Mesa.

Depends where you live in this big old world. I've seen 7i92 clones boards on AliExpress that are the same as the original 7i92. To get one Down Under is more or less 80 - 100 AUD, which is more or less the postage alone.
Now here's comes what would be done hypocrisy on my part. Whilst I have built a 7c81 / 7i90 clone using a Spartan 6 Dev board and some custom PCBs, I wouldn't buy a clone from AliExpress, due to the Mesa cards I've bought being solid and reliable and PCW being so supportive to all and the help he gave with my endeavours. I know it sounds strange.
I feel these boards and people asking for support may be a topic that could be divisive.

Can you not message the vendor for any documents ?
Unless someone else has one and is willing to share their experiences, you're venturing into unknown territory.

If it does run 7i92 firmware any threads relating to 7i92 setup should suffice.

Can you post a picture of the actual board.

(A picture you took)

Pictures on aliexpress are not known for being trustworthy, though sometimes they actually are.

One thing to look out for in Mesa's design of the 7i92 fet bus switches were used for translation between 3.3 to 5v. I think I can recall PCW saying that they were never intended to drive any loads directly but through at the least a buffer or more likely through a breakout board.
Another thing is, if the vendor has changed any pin assignments and have not provided a ucf file the only way to find out pin assignments would be via JTAG, the easier method of via direct probing of pins, which isn't a lot of fun with the pin spacing of the FPGA. Not knowing the in assignments would make modifying the firmware somewhat difficult at best.

So there could be some gotchas for new players.
