Hi!
Is anybody use EMC for gear cutting?
The machine has 3 axes, 1 liner and 2 angular. Is it posssible to adjust EMC for it?

Thx for answer. I'm thinking how to build the servo in ordinary gear cutting machine.

Yes.
What sort of gear cutter do you intend to use? If you want to use a spiral hob then you will need at least one axis that is not perpendicular to the others. I had to modify my machine to do this.

According to the Youtube auto-translator, what I am saying is:

"this is maria real
probably the scariest reduce it to believe
we go to school with the new rules of conduct
to the head
what kind of brutal the head of the between
the two presidents
but it's essentially to put it
to these three seconds was really doing most
of the world
i've also hopes to convert
they believe it
ruth ludwig who don't want to believe that's
true
he was relieved
from there
usually it's easy to support
was it was a show called or where she works
it would be
we restored to address it if you really don't
know what do you do
but the idea of what to do good work
we're here to get is oh
actually it was at the scene of these are
people who go straight to accept the status
but the real issue
these relationships
well what would we want to do you agree with
if they don't make the decision to go away
it's really because it was so it was great
so there was a case of all sorts of stuff
to the citadel
it was arranged for those who drink"

Hi!
I use the same hob.
If you have the NC routing, send me pls. I want to build the same machine.

I am not sure what you mean by "NC routing"?

The G-code for that gear was just something like

M3 S300
G0 Z0 Y0
G1 Y -2.7 F12
G1 X-20 F12
G0 Y 10
M2

The spindle synchronisation is handled in the HAL file. The Hobbing config is a completely separate set of config files, set up to only do hobbing (but switching back to a mill is just a case of restarting EMC2 with a different set of config files)
I can put the config files up here, but not at the moment as I am not near the machine now.
