Hi, I have a problem when making the designs, the machine does not follow all the routes written in the Gcode.
My card is a MESA 7I96, my CNC is a 3040Z-DQ and the LinuxCNC is 2.8 version

In the image you can see how the design is:

In this image is how the machine makes the design

And in this image is the screen of linuxCNC.

I have tried other Gcode generators and they all do the same thing, I have tried other versions of the design creation software and there are no changes.

Does anyone know what's going on?

This could be trajectory control related. See here: linuxcnc.org/docs/2.6/html/common/User_C...c:trajectory-control

Also, this could be related to acceleration/speed.

Probably gonna be a G61-g64 thing, have a look at this section. you will need to find the ideal settings for your machine
linuxcnc.org/docs/stable/html/gcode/g-code.html#gcode:g61

What was the conclusion on changing the default setting in linuxcnc >?

Slow acceleration, use
G64 P0.1
for metric, 0.1 is 0.1mm or the tolerance it can weer off the path.
It has to be at the top of the gcode, and if you stop and continue, enter it in MDI before run from here.

What was the conclusion on changing the default setting in linuxcnc >?

The default value for the blending tolerance was changed to 0.001 inches / 0.0254 mm.

Hi, sorry for the delay in answer... I have added the G61 code and now it works fine, the G64 P- Q- gave me some problem.
