That is a specific pin on the DB25 connector of the 5i25. You won't be using that.

Why ???

hm2_5i25.0.gpio.0xx refers to a pin if unused for anything else on the 5i25. The pin hm2_5i25.0.gpio.017 would be the first pin on the 2nd port (the header pins on the top of the card) of the 5i25 card.

A bad choice in pncconf?
I make you some screenshots

Why do you have 7i84 and not 7i76?

Perhaps you need to press the "Accepter..." button to get the 7i76 to show up. (or, possibly, there is a bug in Pnnconf in French)

Ah!

Not at the moment is only the 5i25 and 7i76

This is the choice that is in the connector tab 3

No that doesn't look right. If you have the field power connected to the 7i76, and you have pressed the "Accepter..." button, I think it looks like a bug in the French translation of Pnconf.

I just changed my locale to France, and I got the same problem as you :-(

I don't know why it makes a difference.

If you can temporarily switch the language to English then it will probably work. I realise that this should not be necessary.
