How to get 7i90hd board running? was created by viski
What should i do to get working 7i90hd + 7i48 ( 6 axis analog servo interface ) + 7i84 ( 32 input / 16 output rs422 board ) ?
Do i need to flash bit file ?
How to do it in linux ?

you shouodt go to the IRC live help channel there are people that talk to you live so it is a realtime help

First work out if you have Mesaflash, then use mesaflash to see which firmware is currently on the board.

it seams the
5V isent correct
then the Jumper for the IP isent set to the value
the PC isent in the same ip area
ip a to see the pc
nmap 10.10.10.0/24 to see if there is somone responding

In principle, yes.
The 7i90 can operate as a smart-serial daughter card. So if your 5i25 was flashed with a smart-serial controller firmware, and the 7i90 was flashed with a smart-serial remote firmware, and the electrical interface was correct, it would work.
If, for example, you had a 5i25 + 7i76 then the 7i90 could connect directly to the smart-serial expansion connector, and the firmware and electrical interface would be correct all the way to the 7i90. Then you would just need the correct firmware flashed to the 7i90.
But, I think this is something of a chicken-and-egg problem at that stage.
You _can't_ use the 5i25 to communicate via EPP, the connector is the same, but nothing else is.
