Hello,
I wanted to create a new bit file for my 7i76e and installed xilinx ISE Projekt Navigator 14.7 under SuSE leap 15.4. Unfortunately I get "FLEXnet Licensing error:-9.57" because the tool takes the MAC address from eth0 and not the WLAN MAC address. Strangely this worked on my previous version Leap 15.3. The license file refers to the WLAN MAC address. does anyone know the problem?

Is it possible you installed ISE rather than wepack?
webpack is not node licenced AFAICT:
