Ini file is overwritten was created by vkhargwanshi
As per the pnc conf tutorial, (linuxcnc.org/docs/stable/html/config/pncconf.html), the any changes made manually in INI file be lost, if used PNCConf file to generate INI file.
As this tutorial doesn't seems to be the latest one and I am using 2.9 version from development branch (last updated around a month ago), just wanted to know if there is any way, where manual changes made are not lost in INI file..

To be able to edit the INI file you would have to use my
Mesa Configuration Tool
to create your configuration files.
