Have you tried www.eusurplus.com (In Portugal). They are showing no stock at the moment, but I think some was expected.

Should ship today from USA (payment was made and transport company informed).
Will receive only 10 each (all that could be dispatched) and some are already bought.
I would recommend that the order is placed (and payed for) to be reserved.
Those that cannot be fulfilled can be refunded if desired.
