(2)cnc machining process design is mainly used to guide cnc programming. Our company combines the responsibilities of CNC technicians and programmers, and the programmers are responsible for the CNC machining process of the whole mold, which improves the work efficiency.



(3)CNC processing has a high degree of automation and many influencing factors. Quality and safety itself is very important in CNC processing and must be guaranteed.



(4) The establishment of cnc machining process should have strict rationality of strip steel. CNC process is complex, and there are many influencing factors. We need to think deeply about the whole process of CNC processing, and have good strip rationality, in order to carry out good programming on CNC process. Due to the high degree of automation of CNC processing, poor adaptability, when there is a problem, the staff is difficult to correct, light manufacturing processing defects, safety accidents occur on the way, so we must systematically design CNC process in advance.



(5) The inheritance of CNC numerical control technology is good. Proved to be a good CNC process in production, templates can be made, saved as files, and called when machining similar parts in the future, saving time and ensuring quality.
