Tool disappears after Toolchange in tool path preview

Hello!
In Gmoccapy, after i click ok on the manual Toolchange pop-up window, the cone which represents the Tool, dissapears.
Can anybody tell me, what i am doing wrong?

the graphical display uses info in the tool file to display the tool. The cone is the default-I-don't-know-anything-about-the-tool display.
Are you using a tool with a diameter of zero in the tool file?

Ok the selected tool was a default tool with 0.1 inch and I use metric units. I replaced it and now i have a big cylinder
