hal_input no input devise

Hello everyone I want to add hotkeys to Gmoccapy, I do it using hal_input, I have prescribed everything, but when I launch Gmoccapy, it gives an error that the device has not been found. I tried to set the keyboard id, but still the same error. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?

You can add your hal file and also log of error message. It will help much to solve your problem.

It's probably about setting the udev rules, I just read the hint from Andy, but don't remember where it was.
