RF45 Conversion - stepper drivers and power supply

Thanks Rod.  I'd seen your comments on the Lam drives but couldn't remember the name.

I used that feature to actually boost the current whenever the f-error would pass a set threshold, it worked perfectly with stepper and encoder, but Rod's idea was much better and did not need an encoder.
