Drivers are set to 1600 pulse/Rev, full current and 2A RMS (steppers are 3A). Ballscrews without reducción.

1605 for X and Y (5mm pitch) and 1204 for Z (4mm pitch)

1605 is 5mm per turn, so at 25mm/s you have set in your ini file the motors are spinning at 300RPM and that is OK but the torque is drastically low.
You can get some more speed if you increase the drive current to 3A.
How many wires do motors have ?
One thing i noticed with DM860 is that even at max current rating of 8.6A they are not able to provide 5A to the motors, so you can increase it at 3A, test some air cutting for 15 minutes, check the motor temperature and if they are cold increase some more.
After 15 minutes of moving the motors should be warm to the touch. Do not test this while the motors are not moving as the idle current is half of what is set in the drives.

the problem is that now I have the speed of 25 and I have a stall, I have even tried uploading steplen and stepspace to 45000 and nothing. You say you try to climb to 3A RMS (4.2A peak)?

Another thing that I'm going around, I don't know if it will have anything to do with it, is that the problems are in the Y axis, double, which requires a synchronization of both engines, in X it doesn't happen and I have it at 40 speed.

Yes please try 3 or more, just for that axis.
That is also OK, more weight, more power required to move it.
