It's not the same! You are making PROGRESS.
Just look at the list. We are working from one missing component to the next:
before it was "tcl lib not found" -> you fixed that
so now we are on to the next thing:

try
sudo apt-get install tk8.6-dev

Hm, this seems a bit tricky:

checking whether the Boost::Python headers are available... no
configure: error: boost:::python is required to build LinuxCNC

Might have wait for one of the experts to look at this.
