Retrofit torno CNC traub TNS 60

Estou realizando um projeto de modernização da minha máquina não nem por onde começar. Gostaria de ajuda.Abaixo os detalhes da máquina Torno CNC traub modelo TNS/60 com 4 eixosFUSO PRINCIPAL 34.5 Kw c.c independente Eixo z servo 10n.m Bem antigo( irei pegar as configurações)Eixo x 8n.m Torre de ferramentas 12 posições Máquina toda hidráulica Eixo x 10n.m.
Comecei este tópico somente para darmos um kickoff no projeto, qualquer pergunta com relação ao projeto posso responder.

Can anyone shed some light on which driver I should at least study, or do we need more information

According to the electrical diagram, the old switching board had 130A, if you want I can scan the electrical diagram to help
