no voltage between RXN and /RXN
only +5volt , and on P4 pin 6 and 3 from board
Have setp output from false to true, but no outputvlotage on output pin on the board

If you dont have differential voltage across the RXN, /RXN inputs you will not read the encoder,
so if the encoder does have differential outputs its possible you have a wiring error of
some kind.
GPIO I/O on hostmot2 cards starts in input mode and must be set to output mode to use GPIO pins as outputs
Output mode is selected by setting the is_output attribute for each GPIO pin you wish to be an output, for example:
setp hm2_5i24.0.gpio.040.is_output true

I’ll check wiring
Have set all the output pins into my hall file
Output 40 till 47 to be true (see attachement before)
Setp hm2_5i24.0.gpio.040.is_output true
But still no output, have put 24 volt on + and measure on - output pin to ground, also don’t measure signal on gate of mosfet

the output levels (at the cable) need to be low to enable the 7I37TA output

Did you set the is-output attributes of the GPIO pins you need to be outputs?
If not you can change the output state but the external pin will remain an input (and stuck high)

OK that looks right (for a 7I37TA on the middle 5I24 connection)
If you toggle the output state of say GPIO040 does the GPIO040 input state also toggle?
( the input GPIO pin reads the external pin state )

If i toggle the output of GPIO040 , the input does not toggle,

Make sure you are using watch or halmeter ( "show" doesn't show the current state of pins )
If "watch" or halmeter don't show the inputs following the output state ( and the is_output attribute is set for that pin)
this suggests that the watchdog has bitten
