Linuxcnc 2.4.5 with Ubuntu 10.04 , Terminated with Error!

I cleaned up the lines , but It still wont load . In the file explorer, it looks like I have 2 different .ini files. Is there a way to properly clean up this mess , without starting over? Machine has direct drive steppers , and DRO Scales for position feedback , Tool probe also. I hate to try and reset all pins and parameters.

I went to the file system
home/ jetmill1 / emc2 / configs / jetmill1 /
there seems to be several .ini files in that folder.
could it be looking at the wrong config file?

i also have and error in the debug ,
'/usr/realtime-2.6.32-122-rtai/modules/emc2/hal_ppmc.ko'
:-1 operation not permitted
jetmill1_load.hal:8:exit value 1
