Linear tool rack with mesa 5i20

Would like to set up a series of tool stations in a linear fashion along the side of the work platen of an engraving machine.
Spindle has pneumatically activated collet. Tool shank standard one eighth of an inch.
Tool overall length fairly consistent 38mm
Hints ... nudges.. kicks in the bum towards setting up the hal file to achieve this welcome.
