Installing LCNC on Beelink BT3 PRO II
I think Mint 19.3 is a better option.
Would you go Mate or XFCE?

When I boot with RT, the system lacks stability.
When I type lspci -vn, I get:
Still no wifi
Any ideas?

I may not have made myself clear.
Boot into a live session of Mint 20 then run
and attached both text files.
I suggest this as due to your claim that Mint 20 gets you wifi.
The output of dmesg will also be useful.
When you say the system lacks stability what do you mean. What issues are presenting.
This is a link to the Mint 19 iso I created.

If you would like to test this for stability you are welcome to. Some of the repos no longer exist, but that is not the point. The point is to test if the kernel on this ISO will give you better/any stability. This will give you a full installation of Mint 19 with a PREEMPT kernel & linuxcnc.
Just had a look at the iso, the firmware is there for the wifi chip, all that is missing is the nvram text file.
If it is stable and you want to run with it we can sort the repos out as it is quite simple.
Or send the thing down to Sydney and I'll get it going by hell or high water
Oh ok this seems to be the same CPU that was used on the Atomic Pi, not exactly the fastest one out there. Even when I tried it with LXDE it wasn't the greatest
Sorry if this post is a bit all over the place, but I'm willing to answer any questions you have.

I just had a look in the /lib/firmware/brcm dir of Mint 19 & Mint 20 whilst Mint 19 has the bin files the txt files are missing.
Maybe copying the Mint 20 txt files to Mint 19 would get it working.
The wifi should work as it's the same that the RPi4 uses.

It all runs fine except no WiFi. Perhaps I should just get a usb wifi - any suggestions on a decent one?
Jitter is not good - about 250,000 max. Is this way too high even for a mesa? Anything I should be doing to reduce jitter?
Is it worth persevering with this pc, or should i get something better? It is for a VMC that will be used in our manufacturing business, so needs to be reliable.
Thanks

I have bought several of these without any issues. I see they have gone up in price lately

Follow the link in this post to grab the nvram file.

Like I said Mint 19 has the firmware all that is missing is the text file.
The efivars filesystem should already be mounted.
For the jitter just the usual,
Turn off any power saving and you may also use the isolcpu kernel commandline option.
Mint works with just about any USB wifi dongle.
