Is this a good candidate for my parport plasma?

That's probably OK

I would test without the base thread since you will not be using a base thread with a 7I90:

latency-histogram --nobase --sbinsize 500

36V is quite low as for the cable length of a plasma
use double shilded cable and make the shield to the mashine

i got on 2500x1500mm table 70V

it will work fine

Well max is 50VDC to the drivers and with a bit safety 36VDC PSU is a standard.

It will have to do.

I think 36v for plasma you will be OK as there is not much torque required, but you are leaving power and torque on the table which will limit velocity and acceleration which is important for plasma.. On my rotary table I had problems with 24 volts with the same drivers that went away when I moved to 48v power supplies. That is what Gecko in .AU recommend. I think Gecko said if you double voltage, you quadruple torque.

48VDC is way too close to the 50VDC driver max voltage.

36V is plenty, no worries there.
Anyway, pushing geckos at 50V is asking for trouble, back EMF could send them to heaven easily.
All the small ones I make use 24V, some only 19V from laptop power bricks.
