Like when to pause ???rodw wrote: That may teach you a thing or two about G64 offsets before you get going...
G64 Pn, pause where n is value in seconds.
Most probably you meant G54, right ?

You are correct, G64 is used to prevent that.rodw wrote: I really have no idea anymore! But I do remember drawing a circle when I was expecting a square a long time ago.
Again, sorry, my bad.

My first clue something wasn't right was when I pulsed the torch (just to see if I did the connections right). I noticed on the control panel in plasmac that the arc voltage reads a constant -32v. So, I unplugged the arc voltage connector from my box and put my multimeter to it and I'm getting (from pulsing) an observed voltage of 169.8v. I take this to mean that my voltage divider isn't working properly...and bear in mind I've never made anything like that before. I wired in a 1MOhm resistor to positive and another one to negative inside the plasma, and that goes to the respective +/- inputs on the THCAD-10.
I'm stumped.

But if you open hlashow and look at the encoder velocity pin at 0 volts, it should show your zero volt calibration reading. If its negative, its the scale, Get that right as the first step.
